Lucknow, April 7th
In a landmark moment in psychological science and national service, the revolutionary PRISM system (Psychological Response Integration & Self Mapping) was formally dedicated to mankind in a special ceremony held today in Lucknow. The event was graced by leading educationists, military psychologists, social thinkers, and technology experts—united in their vision for a more aware and empowered citizenry through psychological insight.
About PRISM Framework
The PRISM framework represents a paradigm shift in how individuals—children, professionals, and national leaders—can understand and evolve their inner architecture. Anchored on 24 scientifically curated CORE elements (Cognitive-Operational Response Elements), the system maps personality, resilience, morality, leadership, and emotional intelligence through practical tools like SAMVAD (Subconscious Activation Mapping via Verbal Associative Dynamics), DRISHTIKON (Dynamic Reflection of Imagination, Storytelling, Thinking, and Inner Konnection), and PRATI-PRATI (Practical Response Analysis of Traits in Intense-Paced Realistic Action Triggered Incidents). These are innovative upgrades from traditional psychological tests, adapted to modern needs and Indian ethos. PRISM can be said to be more advanced, updated and evolved version of DIPR (Defence Institute of Psychological Research) mechanism which was developed under the DRDO (Defence Research and Development Organisation).
About the Innovator – Wing Commander Pushkal Vijay Dwivedi (Retd)
At the soul of PRISM is its innovator, Wing Commander Pushkal Vijay Dwivedi (Retd), currently serving as Director General of BSAP (Bhartiya Shiksha Anusandhan Parishad). With a distinguished career in the Indian Air Force that spanned operational leadership, defence innovation, and psychological warfare, Dwivedi has long championed the integration of cognitive science in national development. His contributions go far beyond the uniform—playing a pivotal role in religious and civilizational revival through Kalki Sena, championing grassroots journalism with ethical depth, and serving internationally on the UN Global Human Rights Tribunal (UNGHRT) in matters of sovereignty, justice, and human rights. Wing Commander Pushkal Dwivedi studied Applied & Cognitive Behavioural Psychology from Achology & Yale University, USA.
Recognition and Technological Legacy
In recognition of his visionary contributions, Wing Commander Pushkal Vijay Dwivedi (Retd) has been recently named among the Top 10 Innovators of India in 2025 by DNA and several international innovation tracking agencies. His body of work includes the invention of the groundbreaking Vijay Tool—a strategic cipher and AI-based coding system with four evolved versions developed over the last 12 years. With PRISM, Dwivedi further extends his legacy as a thinker, warrior, and reformer—dedicating intellect and insight for a safer, more conscious world.
Profession-wise Categorization of CORE Traits
As part of the PRISM initiative, a revolutionary categorization of the CORE elements has also been unveiled—one that aligns psychological priorities to specific professions. This profession-wise mapping helps identify which CORE traits are most essential for roles such as Armed Forces Officer, Doctor, IAS, IPS, MBA, Engineer, Astronaut, Scientist, Politician, and many others. This is the first time such a detailed psychological grid has been created in India—bridging aptitude with emotional, cognitive, and ethical capabilities. By using this model, educational institutions, career counsellors, and various selection boards can now make data-driven and value-based decisions, ensuring individuals are matched not only to jobs—but to their true vocations.
Age-Independence and Corporate Applications
Another unique defining strength of PRISM is that it is age-independent and can be used across the lifespan, from children to senior professionals. The framework enables educational institutions to shape young minds, while also helping corporate organizations identify, enhance, and retain highly productive individuals. In recruitment, PRISM serves as a highly accurate selection tool, going beyond resumes and degrees to assess emotional resilience, decision-making, and moral integrity. In existing teams, it facilitates psychological development, leadership grooming, and role alignment, ensuring human capital is not just skilled—but self-aware, ethical, and purpose-driven.
Development Team and Scientific Foundation
In the development of PRISM, Wing Commander Pushkal Dwivedi was assisted by a specialized team of DIPR-qualified defence psychologists, whose background in SSB selection, cognitive assessment, and personality science allowed them to root the framework in empirical validation and cultural relevance. In his leadership, BSAP has produced one of the most comprehensive psychological profiling systems in the world—made in India, for the world.
Global Vision and Dedication
The PRISM dedication ceremony concluded with a pledge to embed its use in education, armed forces recruitment, policymaking, and global peace-building efforts. With its launch, a new era begins—where psychology meets purpose, and self-mapping becomes a gateway to service, leadership, and transformation.
