In a double honour, he was also inducted as a member of the esteemed Shiksha Ratna Award Committee during a grand public ceremony held at Little Flower School, Mau — now officially recognized as the first Bhartiya Shiksha Board (BSB)-affiliated school in the district.
Grand Ceremony at Little Flower School
This historic occasion was hosted under the gracious patronage of Mr. Murali Yadav, visionary owner of Little Flower School, and was presided over by Dr. N. P. Singh IAS (R), Chairman of the Bhartiya Shiksha Board (BSB), who served as the Chief Guest.
The event was graced by special guest Wing Commander Pushkal Vijay Dwivedi (R), Director General, BSAP, a renowned public figure.

Address by DG Pushkal Vijay Dwivedi
Wg Cdr Dwivedi, the architect of several pathbreaking education, psychological and Defence initiatives including the much-acclaimed Vijay Code, PRISM psychological system and the man behind bringing a whole new subject ‘Self Defence Science’ to mainstream National educational curriculum, addressed the gathering with deep emotion and conviction. “BSAP and BSP are not merely an institution, it is a movement — a call to revive Bharat’s ancient strength in learning, and align it with today’s dynamic world. When committed leaders like Shyam Pachauri join our mission, the dream of a Shikshit, Sanskaari, and Sashakt Bharat comes closer to reality,” he said.
Statement by Shyam Pachauri
Mr. Pachauri, a respected figure in education circles with decades of experience in grassroots institution building, expressed humility at being entrusted with the dual responsibilities. “This appointment is a solemn responsibility, not a title. I will work to ensure that every institution seeking affiliation under BSAP is guided, mentored, and held to the highest standards of value and vision,” he said.
In addition to his new role, his inclusion in the Shiksha Ratna Award Committee is being seen as a strategic step to bridge ground realities with national recognition for unsung teaching heroes.

He added his voice, saying, “BSB is founded on deep research, moral clarity, and child-centered innovation. True patriotism is to invest in the next generation. BSB is shaping the cultural character of Indian children who would not only become successful in worldly yardsticks but also attain all-round excellence.”
Pride of Mau: Little Flower School

Mr. Murali Yadav, the host and owner, expressed gratitude and pride. “I feel blessed that our school has become a launchpad for a historical change. With the guidance of Dr N.P. Singh and Wing Commander Pushkal Dwivedi sir, we will serve our students better than ever before,” he stated.
Strengthening the BSAP Mission
Mr. Gaurav Pandey, BSAP Director, reiterated the body’s mission to build a pan-India ecosystem of trustworthy, rooted institutions. “We’re here to support, not control. With Mr. Pachauri as Additional Director (Affiliations), the process of evaluation and empowerment becomes even more robust,” he said.
Mr. Rajnish Sinha, of Divya Prakashan, remarked, “This alignment between BSAP and BSB like value-driven educators is what India needs.”
Closing and Symbolic Conclusion

In a closing remark that echoed in the hearts of all, Chief Guest Dr N. P. Singh said, “Empires fall. Technologies change. But the one who teaches, shapes eternity. Today, Mau has shaped the future.”
